All orders are subject to stock availability and our approval. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock limitations, product information errors, or suspected fraud or unlawful activity.

3. Prices

Product prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees and any applicable taxes will be added to the total order amount and clearly displayed during the checkout process.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, prices are shown excluding VAT. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept payments via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard).
5. Delivery

We offer several delivery options with varying timelines and rates. Shipping costs will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.

Any orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday will be dispatched the following Tuesday morning.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Order Cancellation

Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason. New products may be returned subject to our return policy. Used products are not eligible for return, except in cases of undisclosed major defects. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the delivered product is defective or does not conform to the order.

Restocking Fee: All accepted returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers the costs associated with receiving the parcel, performing a quality check on the instrument, taking new photographs, and re-listing the item online. These operations represent a real cost that we cannot absorb.

Order Cancellation before Shipment: In the event of cancellation of an order before shipment, we cannot refund any packaging costs already incurred.

Packaging Costs: Packaging costs are non-refundable.

Limitation of Return Rights: Please note that our return policy is in place to ensure that customers do not end up with unsuitable equipment. We reserve the right to limit or suspend the return rights of customers who abuse or attempt to circumvent our return policy through practices including, but not limited to, excessive returns, attempts to return items that are no longer in new condition, etc.
7. Warranty

All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as set out in Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. Please contact us in case of any issue during the warranty period.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, both parties will seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
