1. Exchange and Trade-in: Flexibility first

We prioritize two transaction methods to facilitate your next purchase:

  • Immediate Credit: The value of your old guitar is directly deducted from the price of your new instrument in stock.

  • Straight Exchange: Depending on the models, we can perform a standard exchange with no financial balance required

2. A fair expertise for every instrument

Because a guitar has a story, we study each piece with particular attention. Our priority is transparency: we analyze in detail the specificities of your model to guarantee a fair estimation, allowing for a transaction where each party is fully satisfied.

3. Our Appraisal Criteria

To offer you the fairest price, two factors are decisive during our examination:

  • General Condition: Cosmetic appearance (dents, scratches) and especially functional condition (fretting, electronics, neck adjustment).

  • Modifications: Any modification made to the instrument (pickup changes, hardware, or modified electronics) is taken into account in our final calculation.

4. Direct Buyout Case

While we prioritize exchanges, "cash" buyouts are possible in certain specific cases. However, this option requires a more in-depth technical and commercial study on our part to validate the feasibility of the transaction.
